As an artist, I have had the opportunity to fulfill many destinies; art teacher, prop master, faux finisher, muralist. For years, I delighted in exploring and experimenting with the freedom of expression that I found in the acrylic/mixed media format. Now that I am older, my medium of choice is oils. I find pure and simple peace as I'm drawn to helping immortalize humans and animals through my artwork. In each piece, something unexpected and beautiful comes forth from the subject matter.
